Tropical Oat Balls

Healthy and delicious bliss balls full of tropical flavour.

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • 1 cup (90g)
  • Linseed meal (flax seed meal)
  • ¼ cup (35g)
  • Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup (200g)
  • Desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup (80g)
  • Dried apricots
  • ¼ cup (60g)
  • Ginger
  • 1 tsp

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into balls of your preferred size; for reference, I used a tablespoon to create tablespoon-sized balls. Roll into balls.
  3. Roll in desiccated coconut to coat.
