Seeded Crispbread


A crispy, crunchy and creative snack.

  • Cornflour (Maize)
  • 100g
  • Pepitas
  • 55g
  • Sesame seeds
  • 55g
  • Flaxseeds
  • 50g
  • Boiling water
  • 200ml
  • Canola oil
  • 50ml


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and line a large baking tray (60cm x 40cm) with either baking paper or a silicon baking sheet.
  2. Place the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine.
  3. Mix the boiling water and oil together then add to the dry ingredients, mix to combine.
  4. Pour mixture onto the lined baking tray. Spread out thinly to evenly to coat the whole tray.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Allow to cool before breaking into pieces to serve.
  7. Great served on it’s own as a crunchy snack or with dip or cheese.
