Low sodium soy sauce

Breadcrumbs
3/4 cup
Extra breadcrumbs to roll burgers in

Method
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts. You can use the scales if you like and weigh 120g per burger.
Place the extra breadcrumbs onto a plate.
Roll the burger mixture into a ball then flatten into the breadcrumbs on the plate.
Repeat until all burgers are done.
Fry the burgers in a frypan until golden on each side, cooked through and firm to touch.
