Chicken Burgers

Delicious, crispy chicken burgers.

  • Chicken mince
  • 1kg
  • Carrots, grated
  • 2
  • Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 4
  • Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2
  • Low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup
  • Extra breadcrumbs to roll burgers in
  • A handful

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts. You can use the scales if you like and weigh 120g per burger.
  3. Place the extra breadcrumbs onto a plate.
  4. Roll the burger mixture into a ball then flatten into the breadcrumbs on the plate.
  5. Repeat until all burgers are done.
  6. Fry the burgers in a frypan until golden on each side, cooked through and firm to touch.
