Berry Bliss Balls

Healthy and delicious bliss balls full of berry flavour.

  • Dates
  • 1 ¼ cups
  • Dried apricots
  • ¼ cup
  • Cranberries
  • ¼ cup
  • Rolled oats
  • ½ cup
  • Coconut
  • ¼ cup
  • Cocoa
  • ¼ cup
  • Water
  • ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp.

Method

  1. Place the dates into a bowl and cover with hot water. Leave for a few minutes until the dates are soft.
  2. Place the oats in a food processor and process on high until the oats resemble flour.
  3. Drain the water off the dates.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and process until they form a soft dough.
  5. Roll into small balls.
  6. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
