Basic Dough Recipe


When you don’t have time to make a yeast-based dough, here’s an easy alternative that’s ready in minutes. Great for pizza, scrolls, naan, flatbread, or any recipe that needs a soft dough!

Allergens: Contains dairy, gluten


  • Ingredient
  • Amount
  • Self-raising flour
  • 1 ½ cups
  • Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup
  • Salt
  • A pinch


  1. In a bowl combine the flour, yoghurt and salt to form a soft dough.
  2. Transfer to a floured work surface and knead gently for a few minutes until it’s nice and smooth, then set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
  3. It’s ready to use!
  4. This quantity is enough for 1 medium sized pizza.
