Berry Bliss Balls

Easy and delicious bliss balls full of berry flavour.

- 1 ¼ cups
- Dried apricots
- ¼ cup
- Cranberries
- ¼ cup
- Rolled oats
- ½ cup
- Coconut
- ¼ cup
- Cocoa
- ¼ cup
- Water
- ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon
Method
- Place the dates into a bowl and cover with hot water. Leave for a few minutes until the dates are soft.
- Place the oats in a food processor and process on high until the oats resemble flour.
- Drain the water off the dates.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and process until they form a soft dough.
- Roll into small balls.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
