- Greek yoghurt

- Self-raising flour

- Tomato passata
- ½ cup
- Reduced fat cheese
- ½ cup
- Shaved ham (chopped)
- ⅟₄ cup
- Onions (chopped finely)
- ⅟₄ cup
- Capsicum
- ⅟₄ cup
- Chopped spinach
- ½ cup
- Pineapple chopped
- ⅟₄ cup
Method
- Heat oven to 160°C.
- Add Greek yoghurt to self-raising flour and mix until it becomes a firm dough.
- Roll dough to 5mm thick using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Spread on the tomato passata evenly, add cheese and toppings of your choice.
- Roll dough into a long sausage and cut into slices — around 1cm thick.
- Place rolls on a lined baking tray and cook in oven for 10-15 minutes and serve.
