Welcome to our module on minimising and preventing food waste in schools. Learn the benefits of reducing, preventing and auditing your plate and other food waste. You’ll also learn how to best store produce to increase longevity and creative ways you can utilise leftovers.
In this module, we’ll dive into the causes of food waste, consider real-world impacts, and discover practical strategies to reduce waste that you can use at school.
